What is collected
Through the contact form: the name, email address and message you send. Through the SMS assistant: your mobile number and the text messages exchanged with the assistant.
How it is used
Contact-form messages are used to reply to you. SMS numbers and messages are used only to operate the assistant — to reply to you and to send the household messages you opted in to.
Sharing
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messages are processed by the service providers that deliver and run the assistant (Amazon Web Services), only to provide it.
Retention
SMS conversation history is kept for up to 90 days. Opting out with STOP ends all messages; email garrett@garrettjohnlaw.com to have your number and messages deleted.
