Personal Assistant (SMS)
Garrett John Law's Personal Assistant is a private text-message assistant used by Garrett John Law and members of his household. It is not a public or marketing service, and it never sends promotional messages.
What it does
The assistant helps run the household: it proposes a weekly meal plan, answers replies that change the plan, prepares a grocery pickup cart, and sends reminders such as a mid-week check-in and a grocery pickup reminder. It only replies to people who have opted in.
Nothing is ordered or purchased by text. The assistant can prepare a grocery cart, but every order is placed by a person in the grocery store’s own app.
How to opt in
Participation is limited to Garrett John Law and members of his household, who are given the number directly. To opt in, text START to the number. The assistant replies once to confirm: “You’re subscribed to Garrett John Law’s Personal Assistant: household meal plans, grocery and reminder texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
Messages from numbers that have not opted in are ignored. No one is added without texting START themselves.
How often
Message frequency varies with use — typically a few messages a week (a weekly plan, a mid-week check-in, a pickup reminder), plus replies to messages you send.
